- Artist profile information, photographs, logos, links, and gig details.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and security-check results.
- Records showing when and which version of our Terms you accepted.
2. How we use information
We may use information to:
- Create, review, approve, and manage artist accounts.
- Publish artist profiles and upcoming gigs.
- Communicate about account approval, support, security, and website updates.
- Prevent spam, fraud, misuse, and unauthorized access.
- Improve FloridaGigs and understand how visitors use the website.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. Public information
Artist names, biographies, photographs, logos, social links, venue information, and gig details may be displayed publicly on FloridaGigs.com and may be used in FloridaGigs social-media posts, emails, and other promotional materials.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the website, provide hosting, email, security, analytics, or other technical services. Artist accounts are intended for adults age 18 or older. FloridaGigs does not knowingly accept artist account registrations from children under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
